A new ATC.
I have been trying to find ways to use up even my tiniest scraps of fabric, and came up with this cute ATC. As per usual, I used a ton of supplies. Besides the fabric, I used: adhesive, decoupage medium, tim holtz fragment, tim holtz word sticker, glossy accent, white embossing powder, glitter gel pen, martha stewart gold paint, and black distress ink.
